Shipping policy

DELIVERY

1. Delivery Time: Products are delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability and the customer’s location.
2. Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated separately and are specified during order confirmation. Delivery is free for orders exceeding 7.990,00 RSD.* 
   (Note: Free shipping does not apply to Framed Art. Due to their packaging requirements, increased weight, and the need for more careful handling, a special delivery service – Framed Art Delivery – is applied at a cost of 690 RSD.)
3. Free Pickup: Customers can choose free pickup at our studio in Belgrade. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. To coordinate the pickup time, please contact us at 0603583005 before your arrival. Pickup is available at the following address: Studentska 41, New Belgrade. Our studio is not a traditional store, and we are often out of the space due to business obligations. Thank you!
4. Delivery Delays: The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure, courier service issues, etc.).
