Welcome to Imagio Studio online store! Please read the following general terms of purchase carefully, as they regulate the use of our website and services, as well as the rights and obligations regarding the purchase of products.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These general terms apply to all product purchases made through our online store. By using our store, you accept these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, and changes will take effect upon publication on the website.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS
- Product Selection: The customer selects desired products on the website by adding them to the cart.
- Registration or Guest Checkout: The customer can place an order either as a registered user or as a guest without registration.
- Order: Once the cart is complete, the customer fills in the delivery details and selects the payment method. After this, the order is confirmed.
- Order Confirmation: After a successful order, the customer receives confirmation via email with the order details.

Payment: Payment can be made via one of the following methods:
- Online credit card payment.
- Bank transfer.
- Delivery: Delivery is made through a courier service City Express to the address provided by the customer.
4. PRICES
All product prices are shown in Serbian dinars (RSD) and include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and cannot be changed after the order is confirmed.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
5. DELIVERY
- Delivery Time: Products are delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability and the customer’s location.
- Delivery Costs: Delivery costs are calculated separately and are specified during order confirmation. Delivery is free for orders exceeding 6.590,00 RSD.
- Delivery Delays: The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond their control (force majeure, courier service issues, etc.).
6. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AND RETURN PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. In case of withdrawal, the customer is obligated to return the product at their own expense, in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Refund: The seller will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided that the product is returned. In the case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, LCAP Group d.o.o. Belgrade is obliged to process refunds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank will execute the refund to the cardholder’s account at the seller's request.
- Personalized Products: The right to withdraw and return does not apply to products that have been personalized or made to the customer’s specific requirements (e.g., customized products, made-to-order items), in accordance with the applicable legal exemptions.
7. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
If the delivered product has material defects or does not match the description on the website, the customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. Complaints must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

- Complaint Process: The seller will review the complaint and respond within 8 days. If the complaint is justified, the customer is entitled to a product replacement, repair, or refund.
Imagio Studio does not guarantee delivery for incomplete or incorrect orders. We guarantee a refund or product replacement if the product is delivered damaged in any way, or if we have sent you a product that you did not order. Complaints are accepted within 24 hours of the package’s receipt. In the event of a complaint, the customer is required to return the package to the seller at their own expense. Refunds or replacements are made upon receipt of the returned product and after the complaint has been approved.

8. DATA PROTECTION
In the name of LCAP Group doo Beograd, we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary basic information about customers/users and data essential for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the option to choose, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly confidential and is accessible only to employees who need this information to perform their job. All employees of LCAP Group doo Beograd (and business partners) are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
9. PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA
When entering payment card information, confidential data is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, which are currently the most advanced cryptographic technologies. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages. At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The seller is not responsible for potential errors on the website or in product descriptions, delivery delays caused by third parties, or any damage resulting from improper use of the products.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
These general terms govern the business relationship between the seller and the customer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the court of the seller's jurisdiction.
