How does it work?

When a customer spends a total of 5.000 RSD within the current year → they become a member and receive 5% store credit on every next purchase until the end of the year. They also earn store credit for the purchase that granted them membership.

  • Upon reaching 10.000 RSD spent within the same year → store credit increases to 10%.

  • Upon reaching 15.000 RSD spent within the same year → store credit increases to 15%.

  • On January 1st of each year, all amounts and store credits reset.

Example of how it works:

  1. A customer spends 5.000 RSD → becomes a Loyalty Club member.
  2. Next purchase: 4.000 RSD → receives 200 RSD store credit (5%).
  3. Upon reaching 10.000 RSD total spent → receives 10% store credit.
  4. Upon exceeding 15.000 RSD → store credit increases to 15%.

Important details:

Store credit is added to the customer's account within 48 hours of purchase.

Store credit is non-transferable.

It cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn.

Store credit is valid only within the current calendar year and resets every January 1st.
