How It Works:

1. Share Your Idea
Send us your concept, sketch or reference and describe it the best you can. Let us know your preferences! Write us to info@imagiostudio.com or DM us on Instagram @imagio__studio.
2. Quick Response
Within a short time, we’ll confirm whether we can bring your idea to life or not.
3. Creative Solutions
Once your request is approved, we'll deliver three customized design options within two business days. You’ll have the opportunity to request one small modification before finalizing your choice.
4. Selection and Purchase
When you choose your favorite, the design is exclusively yours and will not be sold to anyone else. We always send it to you in a ready-to-print digital format - PNG and PDF. If you also want your art printed and packed, select your desired art size and print material - Art Paper or Canvas. Finally, if needed, choose your favourite frame option and your unique artwork is ready!

Cancellation Policy

The entire design process is free of charge, and you can cancel your request at any time before making a payment. Once payment is completed, you have 24 hours to change your mind, and during this time, production will not begin. After the 24-hour window, the production of your artwork will start, and cancellation will no longer be possible. If you cancel your order or fail to complete payment within 72 hours of confirmation, the artwork will become the full property of Imagio Studio and may be used for commercial purposes.
